Wooley started slow but had some good games and her numbers were pretty similar to her UB output. McNabb hardly played, a few of the others were minor contributors. The recent case in California was a finding that football and basketball players at USC were employees. There is a hearing challenging the finding in November before an administrative judge within the NLRB. The ruling if favorable to the students would not apply to UB. That is because UB as a state agency is not subject to the National Labor Relations Act. Regardless of your position on whether or not they are employees, why was the decision limited to football and basketball? Students playing all other sports have the exact same commitment and similar obligations. Also why is it limited to Division I? Any ruling should also apply to Division II and Division III and NAIA private schools.

It depends on the terms of the lease between the county and the Bills. The lease can allow full control of the stadium to the Bills and allow them to keep all or most of any rentals of the stadium. It would also govern who gets the parking revenue and concession revenue.
