He's a stereotypical "me-first" player, which is great if you are consistently really good. Unfortunately, if you were consistently really good, you wouldn't be in the MAC.

Even the guys that left last year. None of them ended up in a better situation. They either dropped down and played more (no superstars) or moved up and basically sat on the bench.

This one stings the most so far. All of the other guys were either stuck in the system and wanted to play more and/or recruited by a prior regime. Hasz is the starting Center, recruited by current HC and OL coach, with 2 years of eligibility remaining. He wasn't All-MAC, so probably not looking Power 5. Something bad is happening there, and I don't know what it is.

Been a dead period, I would assume we would hear something on or after 5/8.

She's also going to have a much stronger supporting cast at Buffalo, which would likely improve numbers against these better teams. Wouldn't be surprised to see PG Rachael Rose come over from USC Upstate as well.

Possible Transfer Portal offer to Skylar Treadwell, 6-1 Foward from Seton Hall. Didn't play much at SHU, but had good HS numbers and might be a depth add.

These kids leaving UB to go to a team that might win 1 game. Don’t want anyone on the team that doesn’t want to be a part of it, but people make strange decisions sometimes.

Staying hopelessly optimistic. A lot of returning talent from a top 25 team makes this job more enticing than it ever had been. New field house and locker room can only help. The only hindrance is the timing, but wouldn’t be surprised to see a lot of talented individuals interested in the position.
