He's a coach in the NCAA who while employeed by UB was actively recruiting against UB. I don't think there would be sanctions against UB, 'Bama actually has the greater risk here. He made of made himself toxic to everyone.

He may be walking a very fine line with violating some sort of NCAA rules. It may be best not to hire him as head coach. Why risk possible sancations?
