This reminds me of when Jeff Quinn had a big time phone call from Chazz Anderson, who ended up being the starting QB because we didn't really have one going into the season... Good point and you are correct, he was at ODU in 2022. Perhaps he saw some things that made him feel like he could run our offense. Let's hope for the best. zigo230 Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 I watched a couple mins of Shields highlights package on YouTube.. I don't know much but to me he looks like QB1 without any practice. All i needed to see was a couple nice deep passes with accuracy and good trajectory...and some wheels to escape the pocket when it collapses. Good to go, lol.
