  1. Some transfers I’d love to see the new coach target: Players with their name in bold do not have to sit out a year 4 ⭐️ Justice Sueing, 6’7 SG SO from Cal (14.3 ppg, 6 rpg) 5 ⭐️ Jahvon Quinerly 6’1 PG FR from Villanova 3 ⭐️ Max Hazzard 6’0 PG RS JR from UC Irvine (12.5 ppg) 4 ⭐️ Tim Finke 6’6 SG FR from GCU 3.7 ⭐️ Thomas Allen 6’1 CG SO from Nebraska 3 ⭐️ Nick Blair 6’6 SF RS JR from UNLV 3.3 ⭐️ James Bolden 6’0 PG RS JR from West Virginia 4 ⭐️ J’Raan Brooks 6’8 PF FR from USC 4 ⭐️ Joey Brunk 6’11 C RS SO from Butler 4 ⭐️ Isaac Chatman 6’6 SG FR from Campbell 4 ⭐️ Haanif Cheatham 6’5 Grad Transfer from FL Gulf Coast (played 3 years at Marquette) 3.3 ⭐️ Kevin Easley 6’6 SF FR from Chattanooga (14.2 ppg, 7 rpg) 4 ⭐️ Jaylen Fisher 6’2 PG JR from TCU (12.3 ppg, 90% FT shooter, 5.3 APG) 3.3 ⭐️ Donte Fitzpatrick-Dorsey 6’4 SG RS JR from Tennessee State (14.3 ppg, 5.4 rpg) 2 ⭐️ Jalone Friday 6’10 C RS JR from Abilene Christian (13.1 ppg, 5 rpg) 3 ⭐️ Bryce Hamilton 6’3 SG FR from UNLV 3.5 ⭐️ Amauri Hardy 6’2 PG SO from UNLV 2 ⭐️ Wesley Harris 6’8 SF RS JR from West Virginia 4.3 ⭐️ DJ Harvey 6’5 SF SO from Notre Dame 3 ⭐️David Jenkins JR. 6’2 PG SO from SDSU (19.7 ppg, 45.3% 3pt) 3.3 ⭐️ Cameron Lard 6’9 PF RS SO from Iowa State (12.6 ppg, 8.1 rpg freshman year) 4 ⭐️Jaedon LeDee 6’9 C FR from Ohio State 4 ⭐️Kira Lewis JR. 6’3 PG FR from Alabama 2 ⭐️ Chiekh MBacke Diong 6’11 C SO from UNLV 2 ⭐️Takal Molson 6’5 SG SO from Canisius 2 ⭐️Brandon Morley 7’0 C RS JR from Utah 3 ⭐️ Derrik Smits 7’2 C RS JR from Valparaiso 3.7 ⭐️Isaiah Washington 6’1 PG SO from Minnesota I’m sure there are plenty of underrated 2 ⭐️ players that I overlooked but these are the ones that stuck out to me
  2. That’s what I’m really hoping for. At least give the new guy a chance to win them over. On the bright side, Alabama’s roster is filling up so that lessens the chance of a Shannon Evans situation
  3. Well yes true, he didn’t become a different person. He just showed us all who he really is. Plain and simple lack of class
  4. Mine was directly from Davonta Jordan, I’m sorry but I’m choosing to believe the players over the scumbag coach that has a knack for lying
  5. No I think this is one massive attempt at saving face. It’s nothing about making ourselves feel better
  6. Guess it’s time to lock another thread 😞
  7. You don’t see the Gonzaga of the East guy blatantly lying?
  8. All I’m saying is I heard directly from someone involved in this whole mess that he said absolutely nothing to them.
  9. No, he didn’t. It’s him covering his ass and being oddly specific. He could’ve said “telling those players face-to-face that I would no longer be their coach” but instead he was oddly specific “I remember at exactly 9:23 AM I had a sip of my coffee and it wasn’t sweet enough and then approximately 37 seconds later I told these players that I’m leaving them behind. Roll Tide, I have a plane to catch”
  10. It’s sad because these coaches become like another father figure in their lives. It’s more than just another coach to them, they get close with these coaching staff members. Then they pull this and it leaves a lot of players not only mad but heartbroken. It’s disgusting and people will defend it by saying it’s just business, but that’s bad business. By all means go take a bigger paycheck elsewhere if you’ve earned the ability to, but at least have the class and decency to say goodbye and thank the players that essentially made them relevant enough to get that pay raise. Complete lack of class, and then “Mr. Say All The Right Things” has some half-assed press conference that briefly explains his decision to leave these players without a second thought. Without the players he’s coached he would still be selling hot Cheetos and teaching math classes.
  11. Players are pissed off about Oats leaving without even addressing them
  12. He’s like a Jeremy Harris height player with about 45 more pounds on him
  13. Exactly. With Hurley we all knew it was coming
  14. With all the TV coverage Warriors games get, this would be a dream come true, I hope we’re all lucky enough to watch his professional career, gonna miss seeing him in a Buffalo jersey
  15. 4-5 years? I absolutely love your optimism lol
  16. Whoever comes in as our next coach needs to have a grasp of the situation and know what they’re walking in to. The up tempo offense needs to stay, so while I like Turner Battle a lot as a person, his offense just won’t get the job done here.
  17. I prefer the wide net approach. They have a science behind their process rather than getting tunnel vision on one person who may not even be the brains behind their respective team’s success
  18. I believe so, since it wouldn’t be UB directly contacting him. The whole 3rd party loophole thing
  19. I’m just going to stay hopeful that they land someone that will keep us from returning to average. The Buffalo roots thing makes sense but if someone fits the bill that doesn’t have previous ties to the city then by all means they should be interviewed
  20. Or you could make a thread specifically for this pointless talk about other schools, Ed. It’s not rocket science
  21. Can we please keep this about UB and UB news. I really couldn’t care less about UCLA and their coach search
  22. I’ll be honest, kinda scared the sh*t out of me seeing a new post in the recruiting forum. Thought we lost another recruit/player lol
