UB Women, at Bucknell

I’m watching on delay.  For me, there are currently 17 minutes left.  
Wow, Fair is on fire to start the second half!

I’m impressed by the quantity of banners hanging from Bucknell’s rafters.  
I’m less impressed by how many times the announcers misuse Bulls/Bisons.

I didn't watch but I'm surprised by the loss. Especially after dropping one to Princeton. I had much higher hopes for the women's program.

A big problem is FLJ gives them a little too much freedom shooting, especially Fair. They throw up so many wild shots and the last 2 games it’s really hurt them. They need to be more selective and focus on creating better chances. They get so many chances and they fail to execute.

No need. She's 99% certain to be off to Syracuse at year's end, with half our players more than likely. I was hoping for a grand finale for the Bulls.

I know this is a joke, but FLJ has way more leeway for bad losses - that’s for sure. If whitesell was half the coach flj is, he’d be a smashing success.

Maybe the fact that the same people calling for Whitesell’s exit are not calling for FLJ is proof of the validity of the argument rather than an overreaction to the most recent loss? I follow both teams and the women’s team struggles don’t come close to approaching the men’s.

That Bucknell team was on fire at the start from the outside.  They were moving the ball very well and got to the open man close to the basket on several occasions.  I thought the UB women were not taking open shots and trying to get closer to the basket in the first half.    Fair needs to remember she is only 5' 5" and faces more height when she comes inside.

I think Felisha’s psychology degree serves her very well in her coaching career.  
It’s a shame that men’s basketball never replaced Arnie Guin’s position when he followed Nate down south.
