Absolutely. COL is low in Buffalo, but not that low. I think NYC is roughly double, Piscataway is less than NYC.

I think this is less on the kicker (yes he missed both fgs and an xp) and more on the coach(es) for putting him in those situations. 4th and 1 with that clock left you go for it to eat up their timeouts. Outside of a turnover worse case you kick a closer FG and Ohio gets the ball back with minimal time left.

The current system sucks, but I don't know how you fix it without either violating Title IX, screwing over Olympic sports, and/or creating a larger gap between the top and bottom programs. Not my shitshow to fix, or really care much about.
