  1. No, the ‘at’ makes perfect sense in the SUNY system. It’s also not difficult to copy and paste lol.
  2. University of Buffalo sure is a lucky school.
  3. To answer the question to the title of the post, I think David Nickelberry will be our most productive player from this class. His stats are quite similar to Jeremy Harris’ JUCO stats. And the only difference with Nickelberry is he’s a more physical player. I expect him to be providing close to the same stats as Harris. I’m unsure who else contributes the most after him. Possibly Hardnett with his athleticism, length, and quickness. Time will tell on that.
  4. Saw this and it was a great read. I am curious to see what his role is going to be this season. I don’t know if he’ll get any minutes or what, but, I am definitely rooting for him.
  5. You’re jumping to conclusions at this point. We gotta go with what we know. Antwain Johnson is probably going to be one of our best guards. As I’ve said, we would run 3 guards in the starting lineup BECAUSE they’re expected to provide rebounding numbers and because they play great defense. As I’ve said, guards today are expected to do more than just shoot and pass. Expect all 3 guards to be out there on the start, followed by David Nickelberry and potentially Brock Bertram, considering @961819 has been speaking highly of him. Then we have Williams, Segu, Hardnett, and potentially Mballa, and Skogman coming off the bench.
  6. To an extent, I can be guilty of enjoying the spectacle.
  7. GASP! It’s totally frowned upon to judge a player and their decision making! You’re not allowed to have an opinion on their life. Kidding of course. But you’ll upset some people on the forum. Also, I agree with you.
  8. No one knows quite yet. Will he get significant minutes? Maybe. Another who knows.
  9. As expected. Huge for us. Now we just got to hear on Mballa.
  10. We got knocked out of the tournament this year by a better team whom went on to play in the final. I’m not a true believer it was all due to size. (though I can agree with the loss 2 years ago against kentucky). Guys like CJ and also Jayvon were able to rebound the ball at the guard position. And Caruthers and Jordan provided some rebound stats per game. Heck, Buffalo was what, top 20 in rebounding? And we still didn’t have the so-called adequate size and length. And we destroyed Arizona State in rebounding in the first round too. Guard play and ball movement goes a long way in college basketball, and to have 3 competent guards play significant minutes is huge. Especially guards who provide teams with the ability to rebound. I see the 2 forward, 3 guard all the time in college because guards are expected to do more defensively nowadays. So if Brock is taking a step forward to where he gets in the starting lineup. Then we can run Bertram, Nickelberry, Johnson, Jordan, and Graves. And then rotate according to how the game is playing out. It’s not too far off in my opinion on how the lineup will be.
  11. Doesn’t matter the forward depth, nearly every team in the nation now runs the 2 forward, 3 guard lineup, as guards now are expected to contribute with rebounding the ball. Johnson, Graves, and Jordan should be starting.
  12. If what you’re saying is the truth, sounds like Brock might be getting the start game 1 then.
  13. I think we can all agree that the site is garbage as a whole.
  14. Buffalo university? University of Buffalo? Jesus H Christ.......
  15. If that’s the case, he prob won’t be on campus till August. Also, classes begin August 26th so he would have to be here before that time.
  16. What is hilarious is their fans on their forum are absolutely proud of that non-conference schedule too. It must be nice to camp in the dome for 2 months until conference schedule where they're absolutely mediocre.
  17. In regards to Hardnett and Mballa, when exactly will we find out if the two would be granted a waiver for next season? Is there a deadline for this? Or does it just depend on when a player is filed for it? I was just trying to understand the rules and was hoping someone would have an answer for me. Thanks.
  18. Hey fellas, how about make a new sub thread where you guys can complain about stupid shit elsewhere. This a thread for news about next years schedule. Enough already. Please.
  19. As good as Nick has been, Devontae Cacok has been really good thus far and probably has the better chance.
  20. Hardnett should be getting a waiver because he was a redshirt last season. Mballa is probably going to be sitting out. But, you never know.
  21. very sad. Loved his energy while on the bench cheering for the team and thought we could maybe see a leap of improvement from him. I wonder if he can get a medical redshirt.
  22. Alas, with the Hardnett commit, we can go crazy and predict starters and bench playing time for next season.
  23. also, I just love the way the tweet looks, so, imma share with y’all.
  24. Can’t really ask for much more than what the coaching staff has done in the offseason. They worked hard and have completely turned a bleak situation into a promising one. We certainly have one talented roster for next season.
